Pidgeon & Co. was specifically selected for the conversion of this historic mill building in Lawrence, MA, into a medical research and production facility. This project includes office space and conference rooms in addition to a cleanroom for radioactive material handling. This MEP intensive project features a raised structural steel floor, specialized HVAC, custom Vektor exhaust fans with charcoal filtration, high volume domestic hot water, Life Safety and Fire Protection. It also includes all new gas utility services, new three-phase electrical power and vacuum systems for specialized gas.
