As Construction Management specialists, we plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress using our Project Delivery Standard protocol. Design Build

With our Design-Build services, designer and contractor work together as a team, from project conception to completion, to provide unified recommendations to fit our client’s schedule and budget. And we consider our clients part of that team so they are involved in every step of the process, allowing them to examine all possibilities.

Interior Design

Through our in-house interior design firm, House of Dietrich, we create spaces that engage and inspire our clients and their clients as well. We provide representation as the project’s “eyes and ears” to approach a project holistically and ensure it exceeds expectations. All of Pidgeon & Co.’s residential work is shared through House of Dietrich, allowing us to take a project from its initial 3D renderings to its final finishes and furnishings.
