Pidgeon & Co. was handpicked to convert this industrial warehouse to a full brewery, commercial kitchen, and dine-in restaurant space. Extensive underground plumbing and gas, brewhouse, a 4 million BTU boiler, new three-phase electrical, 10-ton RTUs, fire protection and Ansul system were all installed. The brewhouse features a new storefront and entryway, new EPDM roof, epoxy flooring, and new finishes throughout.
