Renovations to this 30,000 square foot turn-of-the-century industrial office building include new wood framing and a new four-stop elevator with a wood frame shaft wall. Seven bathrooms, multiple lobbies and common areas, bicycle storage and changing areas were created and extensive electrical and plumbing upgrades were completed.
