Newton, MA
MSIC’s 2018 Corporate Headquarters renovation, in partnership with Dyer Brown Engineering, features high-end finishes and building system upgrades. New air handler units, new and reconfigured ductwork, and a custom lighting package were also included. Full height glass partitions maximize daylight, creating a light-filled, central work area. Custom treatments include a wall covering and a sculptural metal panel at the reception area, luxury vinyl tile, carpet tile, and all new millwork.
